ArchitekturaPro provides custom software development solutions for businesses, including but not limited to web applications, mobile platforms, and system integrations.

3. Information Products

We offer digital resources such as technical guides, architecture templates, and video tutorials designed to support software development initiatives.

4. Goods

We may supply physical items such as printed manuals and branded materials relevant to software architecture and project management.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. Please review the specific terms below for each category:

• Services: Cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before the agreed start date. Requests made thereafter are subject to a 50% fee retention to cover preparatory work. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.
• Information Products: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital product has not been downloaded in full. Valid requests will be honored and refunded within 7 days via the original method of payment.
• Goods: Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Service Transfer

Clients may reschedule services by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Transfers are subject to availability and may not incur additional charges.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, such as one-off design sprints and consulting sessions, involve immediate resource allocation and preparation. These items are explicitly non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.
